When the telephone rings, the Caller ID feature allows you to review caller´s name
and phone number on the display before you answer the phone. At the second
ring, the handset displays the phone number of the incoming call, the name, time
and the number of calls. If your Caller ID service is number only, the name does
not appear on the second line.
If a name or number is not available, the display shows a message such as

Additionally, you can dial the displayed number and store the information for
memor y dialing. Make sure you have turned on the Caller ID/Call Waiting feature
(See page 16).
When the Telephone Rings
1) When the Caller ID message is received, the display shows the caller´s phone
number along with the name. The incoming call information is stored in the
Caller ID record. If the Caller ID service includes the caller´s name, the
caller´s name appears on the display (up to 15 letters).
