BUTTERFLY: By pressing the wings of the butterfly (13), the child will discover different surfaces. First, it will discover hard and soft surfaces;
then, turning the central wing of the butterfly as if it was the page of a book, it will discover rough and smooth surfaces. The child will listen
to the correct answer every time it presses the corresponding surface.
"Music" Mode
THE ALPHABET: Turning the bees (8) around the beehive will activate fun melodies, sound effects and the bee nursery rhyme.
NUMBERS: Pressing the watering can (9) will activate melodies and sound effects. During the listening, the flower will grow, creating a fun
visual effect. Press the flower to reposition it in the original position.
SHAPES: When the child presses the geometrical shapes (10), the animal characters will introduce themselves. When the child presses the
geometrical shapes twice, the animal characters will produce their characteristic sound.
CATERPILLAR: When the child moves the caterpillar (11) closer to the apple, it will listen to the caterpillar's nice voice. When it moves the
caterpillar further away from the apple, it will listen to a fun nursery rhyme.
SNAIL: The child turns the sphere (12) and listens to a fun melody.
BUTTERFLY: When the child presses the wings of the butterfly (13), it will listen to a melody and to the animal's name. If it turns the central
wing of the butterfly as if it was the page of a book, it will listen to a fun nursery rhyme and a sound effect.
FITTING AND/OR REPLACING BATTERIES
• Batteries must only be fitted by an adult.
• To replace spent batteries: Loosen the screw on the battery compartment cover, located under the activity centre (14), with a screwdriver
and open the cover. Then remove the spent batteries and fit new ones, ensuring that they have been fitted in the correct polarity (as
shown on the product), close the battery cover, and tighten the screw.
• Always keep batteries and tools out of reach of children.
• Always remove spent batteries from the toy to avoid the danger of leakage from the battery damaging the product.
• Always remove the batteries if the toy will not be used for a long period of time.
• Only use alkaline batteries of the same type or equivalent to the type recommended for the correct function of this product.
• Never mix new and old or different types of batteries.
• Do not burn or dispose of spent batteries into the environment. Dispose of them at an appropriate differentiated collection point.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries, they might explode.
• The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended, since they might impair the toy's functionality.
• If rechargeable batteries are used, remove them from the toy before recharging; this operation must be carried out only under adult
supervision.

The chemical symbols Hg, Cd, Pb, printed under the crossed bin symbol, indicate the type of substance contained in the batteries:
Hg=Mercury, Cd=Cadmium, Pb=Led.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
• Clean the toy with a soft dry cloth to prevent the risk of damaging the electronic circuit.
• Protect the toy from heat, dust, sand and water.
• The product must not be repaired or modified by the purchaser or unqualified staff.
