10. Troubleshooting
In the unlikely event that this DVD MICRO system should fail to work, please
check the following items.
Fault
No Power
No Picture
Noisy/Distorted Picture
Aspect Ratio is incorrect/cannot
be changed
No/Very low sound
Sound from left and right speakers
are unbalanced or revered
Possible solution
Are the power leads firmly plugged
into the power outlets?
Check that the system is connected
properly
The video cable is damage. Replace
with a new one
Make sure that the system is
connected to a video input socket on
the TV.
Make sure that the TV is turned on.
Make sure that the correct AV
channel on the TV. For detail please
check the TV s instruction manual
Clean the disc
Do not connect the system through a
VCR as the VCR has copy protection
which will distort the picture so that it
cannot be copied
The aspect ratio is fixed on your DVD
disc.
Depending on the TV the aspect ratio
may not be changed
Check that the speakers and
components are connected securely
Ensure that the correct source has
been select on the system
Check audio cables for damage
System is in pause/slow motion/fast
forward/rewind. Press PLAY/PAUSE

Check the settings for each speaker
Check that the speakers and
components are connected correctly
and securely
Adjust the individual volume settings
for each speaker
