IDE\RAID Control
This item is available for you to enable/disable the onboard IDE RAID function.
USB Controller
This setting is used to enable/disable the onboard USB host controller.
USB Keyboard Support
Select Enabled if your system contains a Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller and
you have a USB keyboard.
USB Mouse Support
Select [Enabled] if you need to use a USB-interfaced mouse in the operating system.
I/O Devices
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu:
COM Port 1
This item allows you to select Serial Port1 base addresses.
COM Port 2/IR
This item allows you to select Serial Port2 base addresses.
UART M ode Select
This setting allows you to specify the operation mode for serial port 2.
[Normal]
[IrDA]
[ASKIR]
RxD, TxD Active
This setting controls the receiving and transmitting speed of the IR peripheral in
use.
IR Transmission Delay
This setting determines whether the IR transmission rate will be delayed while
converting to receiving mode.
UR2 Duplex Mode
This setting controls the operating mode of IR transmission/reception. Under [Full]
Duplex mode, synchronous, bi-directional transmission/reception is allowed. Un-
der [Half] Duplex mode, only asynchronous, bi-directional transmission/reception
is allowed.
Use IR Pins
Consult your IR peripheral documentation to select the correct setting of the TxD
and RxD signals.
