Lock and unlock your phone. See

Lock and unlock specific phone
applications (such as phonebook or
datebook). When an application is locked,
users must enter the unlock code to use
the application.
Restrict outgoing calls to numbers on the
fixed dial list. See "Fixed Dial".
Restrict incoming and outgoing calls. See
"Barring Calls".
Switch SIM card protection on and off, so
users must enter the SIM card PIN code
when they turn on the phone or insert a
SIM card. See "Protecting the SIM Card".
Change your unlock code (originally set to
1234) or your security code (originally set
to 000000). See "Assigning a New Code
