3. Check printer discharge condition

If the printer is using Type G1 White ink for white head, print a nozzle check and check the
white head discharge condition. However, if the printer is using cleaning cartridge for white
head, it is not necessary to perform this check.
Please refer to "Nozzle Check" in the User Manual for how to check the white print head
discharge condition by nozzle check. If there is a problem with the nozzle check pattern, check
the head number for that nozzle check pattern. Then, perform "Auto Head Clean" for the head
of that number.

4. Check printer ink path settings

The following two procedures for replacing Type G2 White Ink are available, depending on the
printer ink path settings. Perform the procedure appropriate for the condition of the target
printer.
1. when the printer is being used in KCMY+W mode (see page 9)
2. when the printer is being used in KCMY mode (see page 12)
