2. Position the Bath

CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. This bath is extremely heavy. Obtain sufficient help and use lifting straps to lift
or move the bath.
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. When lifting and moving the bath, avoid bumping the controller, piping, and
other components under the bath.
NOTE: The bath must be elevated to allow access for plumbing and wiring connections under the bath. Provide sturdy
support blocks that are at least 15" (381 mm) high.
NOTE: Provide adequate space between the access panel and bathroom wall or other obstruction.
Construct four wood support blocks that are at least 15" (381 mm) high. Reinforce the blocks as needed to provide safe
temporary support the bath.
Position the support blocks around the drain pipe to align with each corner of the bath.
With assistance, use lifting straps to carefully lift the bath into position on the support blocks. A block should be
located under each of the four bath feet.
Verify that the bath is properly positioned over the drain pipe. Carefully reposition the bath as needed.
