Standard Adjustment Conditions

Power source voltage : AC 120V, 60Hz
Aging : Take at least 20 minutes warm-up time.
Signals
Video : Analog 0.7Vpp 75Q terminal positive polarity
Synchronizing : TTL level Negative/Positive Separate/Composite
Deflection frequency
Horizontal Frequency : 30 KHz - 64KHz
Vertical Frequency : 47Hz - 120Hz
Pre-Adjustment

B+ Adjustment
Adjust V151 for 134Vdc+0.5Vdc between TP2 and ground at 64KHz mode.
H.OSC Adjustment (horizontal hold)
Adjust V501 for horizontal free running frequency.
Using Electrolytic capacitor (about 1uF 50V) short TP1 and ground.
After adjusting, disconnect capacitor between TP1 and ground.
. Check scan B+ again, if not corect, adjust V151 in the same manner of item 1.
Main Adjustment
1. Setting the Controls
Set the value of items as following.
Contrast : Max. (OSD value up to 255)
Brightness : Center (Set the OSD value to 127)
. H.size, V.size, H.phase, V.position, Pincushion, Trapezoid Controls
Receive the cross hatch pattern of Factory preset mode.
. Focus
(a) Set brightness control to center and contrast control to MAX.
(b) Receive all "H" character pattern of 56KHz mode signal.
(c) Adjust the Focus contro! of FBT to obtain best Focus (static focus and Dynamic focus).
. Geometric Distortion Adjustment.
(a) Receive the cross hatch pattern of 64KHz mode signal.
(b) Pin balance, Pin center, Pin corner, Parallelogram are adjusted the best geometric status.
. White Balance Adjustment
(a) Preset Controls

Internal Contrast : center
CRT PWB
R.G.B Bias : Min.
R.G Gain : center (in OSD Control Menu)
