Chapter 3. The Work Station Components
The IBM 3270-PC/G and 3270-PC/GX work stations offer a range of
hardware elements from which you can configure a work station to suit
your individual requirements. A work station consists of some or all of the
following components:
• A display
• A display attachment unit
• A system unit
• A second display (3270-PC/GX only) ·
• Additional memory
• A keyboard
• Graphics input devices: mouse and tablet
• Output devices: printers and plotters.
Figure 11 and Figure 12 show two typical configurations.
