TROUBLESHOOTING
If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the apparatus for repair
If you are unable to remedy a problem by following these hints, consult your dealer or service centre
WARNING
Under no circumstances should you try the apparatus yourself, as this would invalidate the guarantee

No recharging
_- Mains adapter is not properly connected
• Connect the mains adapter properly
No operation
- The unit is still in the HOLD mode_• Switch the HOLD mode off_
- Mains adapter is not properly connected
• Connect the mains adapter properly
_- The rechargeable battery has run down_* Recharge the battery_
Intermittent playback sound
- The head section is dirty_• Clean the head section_
DCCCASSEHES
Distorted signal

Recording was made with too high peak
• Make a new recording with lower peak
_level (OVERLOAD)_level_
Track number or elapsed play -
The cassette has been loaded In the middle
• Rewind the tape to the start of the track
time is not displayed correctly
