• "MULTI-DISC RESUME" in "CUSTOM
SETUP" must be set to "ON" fur this ffmction to
work (page 80).
• The point where you stopped playing is cleared
when:
you change Ihe play mode.
you change Ihe settings on the Setup Display.
• For DVD-RWs in VR mode, CDs_ Super Audio
CDs_ and DATA CDs, the player remembers the
resume playback point fur the current disc.
The resume point is cleared when:
you opened the front cover.
you disconnect the power cord.
4he player enters standby mode (Super Audio
CD, CD, and DATA CD only).
• Resume Play does not work during Shuffle Play
and Program Play.
• This lhnction may not work with some discs.
Using the DVD's Menu
A DVD is divided into long sections of a
picture or a music feature called "titles."
When you play a DVD which contains
several titles, you can select the title you want
using the TOP MENU/ED1T button. "_
When you play DVDs that allow you to select _'
items such as the language l\)r the suhtitles
and the language for the sound, select these _'
items using the MENU/SORT button.
