MAIN AIR SUPPLY
Truck, elevator and Evenflo Control
Slide the truck handle (206) through the elevator (804)
s l i d e t u b e s a n d i n t o t h e t r u c k b a s e s o c k e t s . T i g h t e n t h e
setscrews (205) in the sockets. See Fig 4.
Insert the pump through the mounting plate of the
Evenflo Control (105). Use the screws supplied with the
Control to attach the control mounting plate to the
pump base. Remove the screw and lo&washer from the '
bottom of the Control. Position the Control over the
small hole of the mounting plate and reinstall the
lockwasher and screw. Refer to Fig 4.

frame (304). Use the screws and lockwashers (802,803,
installed from the bottom, to secure the pump to the
f r a m e . R a i s e t h e p u m p a n d h o o k t h e e l e v a t o r f r a m e o v e r
the truck handle (206).
Outlet Hoa and Gun
Connect the hose kit (104) and gun 1106) to the pump
and Evenflo Control as shown in Fig 4. See Fig 7 also.
For easier handling, tape the air and fluid hoses to the
gun every 18 in. (457 mm).

An accessory pump Relax-A-Valve (F) can be
installed at the fluid outlet of the pump.
When used with an Evenflo Control and
when set in the automatic position, the air
exhausted from the pump, through the
Evenflo Control, opens the Relax-A-Valve
which drains the fluid through a tube and

Air Line
For automatic air motor lubrication, install an air line
oiler (A) between the pump air inlet and the 18 in. (457
mm) hose (G) from the Evenflo Control. For manual
lubrication, see MAINTENANCE on page 7. If you are
not using an oiler, connect the hose (G) to the pump air
inlet. See Fig 7.
On the main air supply line, install an air line filter (B) to
remove harmful dirt and contaminants from the com-
pressed air supply. Install a bleed-type master air valve

the l/2 npsm swivel of the Evenflo Control.
Supply Pail
Remove the cover from a 5 or 10 gallon supply pail.
Secure the pail to the truck base using the long clamps
gallon pails. Secure the thumbnuts (207).
Unhook the elevator and lower the pump into the pail.
