Function:
Tho CPC DETECTOR complements tho units shut off, in tho ANSWER mods, alter the caller hangs up. Al this time, |he CPC
DETECTOR lakes over.
The CPC DETECTOR sonses tho temporary disconnection of the telephone fine which occurs after the caller hangs up.
Circult Operation:
When oll-hook, the DC current of telephone line flows as follows:
TD 103-R504-T 101~»T1025A503->PC4-5D103-5R
When in the off-hook mode, the collector of PC4 is at Low levol.
If an instant break down of tho telephone line occurs, the collector of phototransistor goes to a high level from a low level. (The
CPC detector is designed lor the instant break down of more than 8 msac. or 600 msec.)
