■ Clearing a preset channel
Follow the steps below to clear a preset channel one at a
time.

Select the desired preset.
See "Recalling a preset channel (Preset Search
mode)" on page 31.

Press CLEAR on the front panel.
The selected preset number flashes on the front panel
display.

To cancel clearing the preset channel, press RETURN on the
remote control or leave this unit without any operations for
about 30 seconds.

Press CLEAR on the front panel to confirm.
"PXX: CLEARED" (XX indicates the preset
number) is displayed on the front panel display, and
then the display returns to its original state.

Setting the Parental Lock

You can use the Parental Lock feature to limit access to
certain SIRIUS Satellite channels. This unit automatically
skips the locked channels when this unit is in the all
channel search mode or category search mode and you
search for a channel by pressing TUNING/CH jj / ii on
the front panel (or TUN./CH H / I on the remote
control).
■ Setting the code number and locking/
unlocking channels
Use this feature to set the Parental Lock code number
(PIN) and select the channels to be locked or unlocked.

Press OPTION on the remote control.
The Option menu for SIRIUS is displayed.

Press B / C on the remote control to select
"Parental Lock", and then press ENTER.
