Setting the Clock
Setting the Timers
The clock will be displayed even when the system is turned off. Pressing the
TUNING/TIMER/DIMMER buttons (<J or &) will switch between two bright-
ness levels for the clock.
This system has three timers (TIMER 1, TIMER 2, DAILY) that are used
to turn the system on and off automatically:

The clock starts as soon as you press the MEMORY
button.
Caution: If there is a power failure, or if you unplug the stereo, the clock
time will be lost. Repeat steps 1-5 when power is restored.
™ Use the TUNING/TIMER/DIMMER buttons to change luminosity of time
display by two steps under STANDBY status.
The <J button makes the hour number decrease, and the > button makes
the hour number increase.
