Program playback - To program tracks/discs in
desired order
Track programming
is possible during stop or playback mode.
However, id
<< or BE Pi cannot be used to select tracks during
playback mode.
Select stop mode
or playback mode
before
programming.

Press PROGRAM.
@ PGM indicator lights and
"MAG?" (Magazine) appears on the
display.
Press MAGAZINE
which
contains the disc to be
programmed.
@ When MAGAZINE is pressed "DISC?" appears
on the display.
Press Disc Number which contains the track to be
programmed.
To program entire discs, enter the desired disc numbers with
disc number and go to step 5.
@ When disc number is pressed, "AL" (all tracks) appears on
the display.
@ Then "TRACK?"
appears on the display.
Enter the track No. to be programmed with Track
Number/Digit.
Only during stop mode, you can use track Hed << OF BB Bop,
After selecting the track No., be sure to press PROGRAM.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 to program other tracks.
Press >.
The tracks are played in the programmed order,
When all
programmed tracks have been played, the player enters stop
mode.
NOTE:
When the track is selected with M<@ << OF >
Ime! in step 4 the
displayed track No. is automatically programmed if Me<d <t<@ or
B& PP! is not pressed within 2 seconds. Therefore, be sure to press
Kid <4
OF BB PP! sequentially until the desired track No. appears on
the display.
® To stop Program playback, press M.
Programs containing up to 40 steps can be created.
To go to the previous or next step in a program, press Ht

To enter track No. 11 or above with track number/digit, see
"Track Search" on page 14.
Each time a selection is programmed, the display will show the
programmed number.
If the magazine is in the player, the program contents will not
be erased even if the power is turned off.
Direct program
During normal playback or Magazine Hi-Lite Scan playback, the track
being played can be programmed.

Press PROGRAM to enter the program mode.
To search for a desired track during normal playback, it is possible
to skip to succeeding tracks by pressing Med <i<d OF a peBe|, Also,
Magazine Hi-Lite Scan function can be used to move frorn track to
track through the disc.
. If you wish to program the track currently playing, press
PROGRAM while the track is playing.
Direct programming is not possible during program playback
