Tool. You get to the help file by doing the
following on the Web Printer Manager Tool
screen.
Select HELP on the top of the screen.
Select Index.
Choose the Overview of the Web Printer
Manager Tool link.
Quick Start: Do the quick start (tutorial) to
give you the practical skills for using the user
friendly Web Printer Manager Tool. You get to
the help file by doing the following on the Web
Printer Manager Tool screen.
Select HELP on the top of the screen.
Select Index.
Choose the Quick Start link. The first
section, titled "Starting the Web Printer
Manager Tool' you can skip over because
you already did it. Instead, start with the
Job Queue and Media Status section.
To become aware of other options for which a
System Administrator might want to change
the defaults, refer to the Index help file or look
in the Xerox FreeFlow Accxes System & Web
Printer Manager Tool Setup Guide. See the
options and navigational paths tables in the
titled sections: "Setting the Printer Setup
Defaults" and "Configuring the Printer
Processing Defaults".
