TERMS OFWARRANTY
FirstYear During thefirstyear(1),anyelectrical parts ofthisproduct found to bedefective, including anysealed system units, w illberepaired or
repIaced, atwarrantor's option, a tnocharge t otheORIGINALpurchaser.
Second Through During thenext f ouryears (4)anypartofthesealed system found tobedefective (consisting ofcompressor, condenser, evaporator,
FifthYear dryer a ndallrelated t ubing) w illbereplaced w ithout charge. T hepurchaser shall p ayforalllabor and return freight during thisfouryear
(4)period forrepair o rreplacement ofanysealed system components. Anyunitbeing diagnosed asnon-functional duetosealed sys-
temfailure andwarranting anexchange during theexisting f our(4)years willbesubject toanappropriate depreciation or user f ee
including anyandallfreight c harges b eing levied against theconsumer.
