Contact the MANTIS Technical assistance centre if any connection
errors occur.
Let MANTIS technicians know beforehand that you wish to request
assistance, processing the irregularities that you wish to have checked
or fixed through remote assistance.
Do not interrupt the ADSL connection during remote assistance; move
the device to a safe place to prevent switching it off accidentally or
disconnecting the remote ADSL connection.
The sole purpose of remote assistance is to reduce machine downtime
by identifying any work that needs to be carried out on the device.
No value or parameter (suction, for example) can be changed during
assistance.
Remote assistance does not replace technical assistance.
This function has the sole purpose of reducing device downtime.

8.1.5 ENABLING MAXENERGY FROM THE TOUCH-SCREEN

On page (C), where tele-assistance is requested, it is possible to enable the (start) key
directly from the touch-screen.
By enabling this function, during treatment with MAXENERGY, it is possible to interrupt or
restart it directly from the keys on the touch-screen.
This option is normally disabled.

8.1.6 TROUBLESHOOTING

Below is a guideline to problems and solutions.
The MR991 EM device uses a message to notify you of the anomalies that may occur to
the device.
Eliminate the indicated anomaly and then reboot the device to delete the message.
Rebooting the device will reset any current treatment times.
