damage the joints and pieces of the pump lowering
the efficiency of the machine.
Make sure you connect the machine to a water source
with sufficient water flow for the machine to operate.
If the water flow is not sufficient, the machines pump
will work in a vacuum thus forcing it, weakening it and
in the long run, breaking it. The temperature of the
water should not be higher than 50C nor a pressure
superior to 7 bar (0.7 Mpa).
Make sure that the water to which the machine is
connected is clean and has no impurities. If there is
any risk that the water may contain impurities (sand or
other materials) you should filter it firstly.
Use this machine and its accessories as per the
instructions in the manual. The use of this machine
for jobs different to those stipulated in the manual will
cause dangerous situations.
Only use high pressure hoses as well as
accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
All these elements are important to guarantee your
security.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for any
damages caused through the incorrect use of this
machine.
Do not use this machine when temperature is below
0º C.
Do not overstretch the machine. Use the machine for
its recommended use. The use of the machine for its
correct job will guarantee a better job as well as a
safe use.
If you stop work for a prolonged time, disconnect the
machine from the mains.
Service the machine adequately. Check the high
pressure hose, the gun and other security devices
and ensure that these do not have any defects prior
to use as these will cause underperformance as well
as possible security problems. Repair if necessary
prior to use. A lot of accidents are caused due to poor
maintenance of the machine.
Maintain the handles of this machine clean and dry.
Handles that are dirty or greasy become slippery and
cause loss of control over the machine.
If you are going to carry out jobs where residual
waters that may contain oil or other elements will be
generated, take into account that these are toxic and
should be disposed off in a correct and adequate
fashion.
Unplug the machine fro the mains before
carrying out any maintenance work such as any
adjustments, accessory change or storage of the
machine. This measure ensures that the machine
cannot be accidentally started.
2.6. SERVICE
Periodically service the machine by an authorised
service dealer and only using original spare parts
and components authorised by the manufacturer.
This will guarantee that the security of the machine
will be maintained.
