ATTENTION!
Other work on the carburetor should be done by a specialist.
Operation
Before commissioning, it is important that you know and follow the safety notices.
For all choke jobs, you must shut off the engine, disconnect the spark plug connector, and wear
safety gloves. Start the auger only after completing and checking assembly.

Wear safety boots and tight clothing to avoid injury.
ATTENTION!
Read the safety notices carefully. Before commissioning, it is important that you know and
follow the safety information and instructions.
- Keep adults, children and animals away from the dangerous area.
- Check the working environment for foreign bodies and remove them.
- When finishing the machine, the engine should always be off.
- Check the correct operation of the earth auger and its condition of safe operation.
- Do not work alone, someone has to be nearby in case of emergencies.
- Hold the earth auger with both hands when working.
- Make sure you have a safe position also during the drilling process.
- Do not lean too far forward when working.
- Check flawless idle mode. The auger should not rotate at idle when the engine is hot.
- Stop the engine immediately when you notice changes in the behavior of the machine.
- Do not place the hot auger on dry grass or on flammable objects (risk of fire!).
- Drill the hole in the ground in several sections so that you can remove the dirt between

Choke lever
The choke lever (C) closes and
opens the choke on the carburetor.
In the position , the air-petrol
mixture is enriched for the cold start
of the engine.
The position is used for engine
operation and for a warm start.
Idle setting screw
Using screw (D), the auger's idling
mixture can be adjusted. If the idling
mixture is a little too high (the boring
head turn by itself in idle mode),
the idling mixture can be reduced
by slowly turning the screw anti-
clockwise.
