Before starting to work with the equipment, it is essential to verify:
• that it's located on a flat surface.
• that its stability is guaranteed.
• that the brakes of the four wheels are applied.
• that the sorting grids are mounted.
• that the collection boxes are assembled.
When all the above conditions exist, the equipment can be used.

10. Operation

Place approximately ½ Kg of dried and cut cannabis or industrial hemp flowers in the input tray (M) of the equipment.
With the help of the classifying brush supplied, which is suitable for food, gently move the flowers over the grids to
classify them by size.

11. Maintenance

In this equipment it is necessary to carry out preventive or routine maintenance that basically consists of cleaning tas-
ks. Keeping the equipment clean, disinfected and sterilized is very important for the non-contamination of the product
to be treated or processed.
First of all, it is necessary to manually remove the largest remains of dirt and plant materials accumulated in the equi-
pment and its main components. After, it is necessary wash with a pressure sprayer or a hose all the components and
the equipment in general.
Water is one of the two most important cleaning agents. It should be used to remove between 60% and 70% of all
foreign material present in the equipment. In order to effectively dissolve dirt, it is necessary to maintain the water
temperature between 32°C and 57°C.
Finally, to complete the cleaning tasks, it is necessary to spray all the equipment and its components with Master Clean.
Do not use detergents or other cleaning products not specified by the manufacturer. Let Master Clean act for several
seconds and then remove it only with the help of paper.
