Cleaning and care
∙ Remove the plug from the wall socket
before cleaning the appliance.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do
not immerse it in water.
∙ The housing may be wiped with a
slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
∙ The beaters and dough hooks may be
cleaned in hot, soapy water. These parts
are not dish-washer safe.
Heavy dough (kneading-type
For a dough of max. 1590 g, use the dough
hooks and thoroughly knead 925 g of flour
with 665 g of water.
Disposal
Devices marked with this symbol

from your household waste, as

be recycled. Proper disposal protects the
