When using the function extender interface, LED "A" has the following meaning during device
startup:
• LED "A" remains ON until the device startup of SCALANCE LPE is complete and a connection
to the SCALANCE XCM-300 has been established.
• LED "A" remains ON permanently if no connection to the SCALANCE XCM-300 is possible.
It can take several minutes to establish a connection between SCALANCE XCM-300 and
SCALANCE LPE.
