5.2 Technical Support Procedures

If the problems are still unsolved, please contact ASRock Rack's technical support with the
following information:
1. Contact information
2. Model name, BIOS version and problem type.
3. System configuration.
4. Problem description.

5.3 Returning Merchandise for Service

For warranty service, the receipt or a copy of the invoice marked with the date of purchase
is required. By calling the vendor or going to RMA website (http://event. asrockrack.com/
tsd.asp) to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number should be displayed on the outside of the shipping carton which is
mailed prepaid or hand-carried when returning the motherboard to the manufacturer.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied for all orders that must be mailed when
service is complete.
This warranty does not cover damages incurred in shipping or from failure due to
alteration, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance of products.
Contact the distributor first for any product related problems during the warranty period.
