EXTERIOR CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Important Information about cleaning the smoker exterior. Southern Pride BBQ Smokers are known for their attractive appearance. We achieve this by selecting only the finest grade of type 304 stainless steel and applying exacting workmanship. In order to maintain this attractive appearance over the life of the smoker it is important to take the following steps: 1) After each use wipe down the exterior of the smoker.
