PRODUCT OPERATION

1. Power UP
Attach the power cable to the back of the machine, plug the cable into an electrical
outlet, and turn the Power Switch on.
The unit will conduct an automatic self-diagnostics to ensure accurate counts.
After completing the self-diagnostics test, the screen will display "0".
If there is a problem, the preset display will show an error code. (Refer to
ERROR CODE DISPLAY AND SOLUTIONS section of the owners manual)

Setting Date /Time: Date and Time must be set. To adjust Date and Time setting:
a) On the control panel, press and hold "ADD". The cursor button will flash over the
date/time setting The display shows year-month-day-hour-minute
b) Press the "1" button to move left. Press the "7" button to move right.

Move the cursor key to the desired position that you would like changed and ensure
the cursor is flashing over this setting. Press "ADD". Use "1" and "7" buttons to
choose the desired setting, followed by pressing "ADD"
For example, to change the Year, ensure the cursor is flashing over the Year. Press
"ADD". If you want the year 2020, press "1" or "7" on the control panel until 2020 is
shown. Next, press ADD to set the year..
d) Repeat Step C, for Year-Month-Day-Hour-Minute, until the desired setting is achieved..
Finally press "START" to save and exit

CUR Setting This unit can be used either with Canadian or US banknotes with our
without counterfeit detection being used. This unit is defaulted to count Canadian
banknotes and is set to the recommended default Canadian counterfeit detection
setting.
. In counterfeit detection setting, suspect or suspicious banknotes will be
detected. The bill counter will stop and an alarm will sound. (Refer to counterfeit
detection section of this owners manual for more details.)
