Your IT department may be blocking certain services. Only they will know if the necessary services are
available on your network.
1. To open and run the network checking app:
Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Network Connection.

2. The device then provides you with the results of the network check.
3. Tap Close twice to return to the Home screen.
If you are unable to connect to the internet, ask your IT department or internet provider to check the
internet settings before you contact Pitney Bowes.
Finding the MAC address for wired and wireless
networks
The MAC address is the network identifier for the device. IT uses it to allow the device onto the
network.
Your device contains two MAC addresses: One for wireless connections and one for wired
connections.
Locating the MAC address for wireless connections
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Wi-Fi.
