HOW TO HOLD THE CAMERA
Your right hand wraps around the right side of the camera. Place your thumb near the dial at
the top right on the back of the camera. The index finger on your right hand is used to push the
shutter release button, turn the camera on and off, and use nearby buttons.
To best support the camera place your left hand, palm up, against the bottom of the camera. Let
your left hand support some of the weight of the camera and lens. Have your fingers reaching
out in front of the camera, under the lens. Use your fingers to make adjustments to the lens such
as zooming and manual focusing.

Look through the viewfinder to compose your picture. Use your left or right eye,
whichever is more comfortable.
If you're using a zoom lens, turn the zoom ring to make your subject bigger or
smaller in the viewfinder.
