PROBLEM
The coffee is weak or not creamy
enough.
The coffee emerges too slowly or
drop-by-drop.
Coffee does not come out of one or
both spouts.

of the machine: the message "Cleaning in
progress" appears in the display.

REMEDY
Access the setting menu (C6) and follow the
indications for adjustment of the coffee mill.
The effect is visible only after 3 further coffees
have been made (see section "6.9 Coffee mill
settings").
Use coffee for espresso machines.
The coffee pack has been opened for too long
and has lost its taste.
Access the settings menu (C6) and follow the
indications to adjust grinding level. The effect
is visible only after 3 further coffees have been
made (see section "6.9 Coffee mill settings").
Clean the coffee spout with a sponge or a
toothpick.
Clean the funnel with the aid of a brush as
described in section "13.7 Cleaning the pre-
ground coffee funnel".
Always fill the tank at least to the MAX level
Wait until the appliance is ready for use again
and reselect the required drink. Contact an au-
thorized Service Centre if the problem persists.
Turn the machine off by pressing the
button (B1) (see section "5. Turning the appli-
ance off").
Follow the procedure indicated by the ma-
chine, but first empty the drip tray (A14)to
avoid water overflowing.
Clean the lid as described in section "13.10
Cleaning the milk carafe (E)".
Assemble all the various components correctly
as indicated in section "9.1 Preparing the milk
carafe (E)" and "9.4 Adjusting the amount of
froth".
