SUSPENSION CONTROL ARM/BUSHING

REMOVAL
1) Hoist vehicle and remove wheel.
2) Remove compression rod stud nuts (1) from suspension control
arm.
3) Remove ball stud bolt (2) and nut (3).
4) Remove suspension control arm bolt (4) and nut (5).
5) Remove suspension control arm (6).
6) Remove bushing.
Pull out bushing with special tool and hydraulic press (1) as
shown.

INSTALLATION
1) Install bushing.

NOTE:
D Before installing bushing, apply soap water on its circum-
ference to facilitate installation.
D When installed, bush should be equal on the right and left
of arm as shown.
