    • Be sure to protect the remote control device against humidity or contact with wet surfaces. • Do not leave the remote control device near the projector’s cooling fan outlet. • Do not attempt to disassemble the remote control device.

    MAINTENANCE Lamp To order a new lamp unit (Lamp Part # PRJ-RLC-001), contact ViewSonic or your dealer. For the lamp part number, see the Optional Parts in the Specifications in this guide. Before replacing the lamp, turn the Power Switch OFF, remove the power cord from the power outlet, then wait approximately 45 minutes until the lamp has cooled.

    Replacing the Lamp All projector lamps will burn out eventually. If used for long periods of time, the image could become darkened, and the color and contrast could be impacted as well. We recommend that you replace your lamps early. If the LAMP indicator turns red, it is a caution signal that the lamp needs to be replaced.
