Description
Night Answer lets you
send your calls to
another location when
the system is in Night
Service.
Night Service switches
the system from day
service to night service
and vice versa. When
the system is placed
into night service
(usually at the end of
the workday) incoming
external calls ring at an
extension(s) selected by
the Administrator.
Paging lets you connect
to loudspeaker or paging
equipment to make an
announcement. You can
access individual paging
zones or all paging
zones simultaneously.
A one-way connection
is established for "All
Zones" paging. A two-
way connection is
established for "Individual
Zones" loudspeaker
page.
Personal Presence lets
you choose which of your
personal answer points
you want to receive your
calls at.
