PICTURE FINE ADJUSTMENT
Use the picture adjustment controls on the front panel for basic
picture adjustment. If even finer picture adjustment is desired,
use the remote control as follows:
Pressing the picture adjustment key will
display the adjustment indicator.
First, select the source (TV, VIDEO DISC, VIDEO) using the Func-
tion selector key. If you select a TV broadcast, also select the
channel.
[1] Press the PICTURE adjustment mode selector key and
select the items to be adjusted,
2 | Press the adjustment (<4 ADJ P) key.
Change the displayed value using the < or ® key. (The range of
adjustment is between —31 and +32,)

By pressing the PICTURE adjustment mode selector key, the adjustment
items will be displayed in the sequence shown above. If you do not adjust
an item, the display of that itern will disappear after about 4 seconds.

@ This unit has been adjusted to standard picture adjustment
values at the time of shipping. (On PAL system, TINT mode is
not available.)
NOTE:
When a monochrome broadcast {without color burst) is received with |
the COLOR system set to AUTO, TINT and COLOR picture quality ad-
justment may not be possible, depending an the signal trom the broad- |
cast station.
