Synchronization
Changing
the
Initial
Tempo
&
Beat
settings
if
your song does
not contain
any
tempo
or beat changes,
you
only
need
to
change
the
initial
settings.
To
Change
the
Initial
Beat
Setting:
1)
Press
the
SUB-MENU
key.
2)
Press
the
TEMPO
key.
3)
Press*.® rewind
key
to
select
the
initial
setting,
The
initial
setting
is
indicated
by
the
01
at
the
beginning of
the display
0
t-OH-QH
If
the beat
has not previously
been
changed,
the
initial
setting will
already
be
selected.
4)
Use
the jog
wheel
or
shuttle
control to specify
the
new
beat.
5)
Press
the
STORE/ENT
key.
The new
beat
setting will
be
stored.
6) Press
the
ESCAPE key
to
cancel
the
beat
function.
To
Change
the
Initial
Tempo
Setting:
1
)
Press
the
TEMPO
key.
2) Press
the
rewind
key
to
select
the
initial
setting.
The
initial
setting
is
indicated
by
the
001
at
the
beginning of
the display
00
/-
1800
If
the
tempo
has not previously
been changed,
the
initial
setting will
already
be
selected.
3)

Use
the jog wheel,
shuttle control, or
number keypad
to
specify the
new
tempo.
Tffe
tempo
can be
set
from 30
to
300 bpm.
The
jog
wheel
adjusts the
tempo
in single
beat
steps,
the shuttle control
in
tenths
of a
beat.
While
holding
down
the
TEMPO
key,
you
can use
the shuttle control
to
specify the bar
and
the
jog
wheel
to
specify the
clock
position.
To
specify the
tempo
using
the
number
keypad,
enter the value
from
left
to
right.
For example,
to
enter the
tempo
123.5, press these
number
keys
in
the
following
order:
1,
2, 3, 5.
4) Press
the
STORE/ENT
key.
The new tempo
setting will
be
stored.
5)
Press
the
ESCAPE key
to
cancel
the
tempo
function.
