Hard Disk
Recorder,
and
welcome
to
the exciting
world
of hard disk
recording.
Reading
through
this
manual
will
provide
you
with
a
good
understanding of
what
the
DR4
is all
about.
What
is
the
DR4?

If
you
think of a conventional four-trapkrecorder, replace
all
the
analog
circuitry
with
the
latest
digital
audio processing technology,
replace the tape transport
with a hard
disk for near-instant
digital
audio data
access,
you
won't be
far
off the
DR4
concept.
The
following
feature
list
will
fill
you
in
on
the

The
DR4
uses hard
disks as
its
recording media.
You
can extend
the available
recording time
according
to
your budget by adding
external
hard
disks or
using a
larger internal
hard
disk.
In
addition, the
DR4
provides nonlinear audio playback,

locate
with
frame
accuracy.

DR4

not supplied
