Never use containers made from glass or
other easily breakable materials . These con-
tainers may be damaged and cause injuries .

Do not operate the mixer continuously for
longer than 10 minutes . After 10 minutes,
take a break in order to allow the appliance
to cool down .Never knead dough containing
more than 350 g of flour with this appli-
ance! Larger quantities of flour can result in
overloading the appliance!
If necessary, divide dough with higher flour
quantities into several portions and knead
them one after the other . However, do not
exceed the specified CO time of 10 minutes .
