1. Press the USER-SELECT button to choose User 1 or User 2 .

2. With the cuff wrapped around your wrist, press the START/STOP
button.
DO NOT start the measurement process unless the cuff is wrapped around
your wrist.
3. If your wrist is not in the ideal position, the screen will suggest moving your
wrist up or down, or rotating to the left, or to the right.
