• For normal use, set the auto exposure mode
as shown in above.
• The camera is automatically re-set to the Auto
Exposure Mode when the power is turned off.
Red-eye
Shooting portraits with the flash may result in
"red-eye", the red dot In your subject's eye. This
camera incorporates a red-eye reduction flash
function which lights up the self-timer lamp for
approx. 1 second before the flash is discharged.

see page 25.
