Listening to Messages
You can see the total number of recorded messages on the base unit
display If the ANSWER ON indicator flashes, new messages have been
recorded
Listening to only new messages
Press fNEW MESSAGE] briefly
■ The unit announces the number of new messages on the lme(s) for which the
answering system is on and plays them back
■ To listen to new messages an either or both line(s), press
fLINE SELECT)
repeatedly to select the desired line(s), then press
fNEW MESSAGE]

■ The messages are played back from the oldest on both lines
■ The corresponding line icon will flash when a message on that line is being
played
