SETTING THE TOLL SAVER SWITCH

The ring time/toll saver switch
allows you to set the number
of rings the caller hears before
playing your outgoing message.
You can set the switch to answer
after two or four rings. In the
(Toll Saver) position, the answering system picks up after
two rings if you have new messages, and after four rings if
there are none. This way, if you call long distance to check
your messages, you can hang up after the second ring to
avoid being billed.

USING THE RESET BUTTON

The
button reinitializes the
RESET
base computer after power failure.
The reset button is used if an AC
power line disturbance causes the
answering system to malfunction
and become inoperative. Pressing
does NOT erase any data
RESET
stored in your system memory.
