    Installation Installation Grounding The equipment must be grounded. Grounding reduces the risk of static and electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electrical current due to static build up or in the event of a short circuit. Pump: use a ground wire and clamp. Loosen the grounding lug locknut and washer.

    Pump bleed valve (P) is required in your system to sufficient. relieve fluid pressure in hose and gun (see WARN ING). If using Check-Mate pump with Graco Supply Sys Fluid Line Accessories tems, refer to Supply Systems Operation manual Install the following accessories as listed. Refer to F for system accessory installation instructions.

    Shutdown Shutdown CAUTION Ram Director Valve Never leave water or water-based fluid in a carbon steel pump overnight. If you are pumping water-based fluid, flush with water first, then with a rust inhibitor, such as mineral spirits. Relieve pres sure, but leave rust inhibitor in pump to protect parts ti10438a from corrosion.
