3. To reattach the shelves, the procedures
applied when removing them must be
repeated from the end to the beginning,
respectively.

7.5 High temperature self-cleaning

The oven is equipped with a pyrolysis fea-
ture. The oven heats up to a temperature of
approximately 420-480 °C and burns until
the existing dirt turns to ash. A strong
smoke may be generated. Provide good
ventilation. High-temperature cleaning
should be performed after approximately
every 10 uses of the oven.
General warnings
Hot surfaces cause burns!
Do not touch the product during
self-cleaning and keep children
away from the product. Wait at
least 30 minutes before removing
the residue.
• Before using the pyrolysis function, re-
move all accessories, the telescopic
shelf and the side shelves (if any). If not
removed, the accessories and side wire
shelves will be damaged.
• If your product has a pyro proof access-
ory (resistant to high temperature self-
cleaning), you do not need to remove
these accessories from the oven.
Whether your accessories are pyro-proof
or not is specified in the accessories sec-
tion. If not specified, your accessories
are not resistant to high temperatures. It
must be removed from the oven before
cleaning to avoid damage.
• Do not clean the door seal. The glass
fiber seal is very delicate and easily dam-
aged. If the door seal is damaged, re-
place it with a new one from an author-
ized service.
To start the pyrolysis function:
1. Remove all accessories inside the oven.
In the models with wire shelves, remem-
ber to remove the wire shelf. If your
product has a pyro proof accessory (res-
istant to high temperature self-clean-
ing), you do not need to remove these
accessories from the oven.
2. Before starting the cleaning, clean the
outer surfaces of the oven and the food
residues inside the oven with soapy
cloth.
3. Turn on the oven by touching the
ð Home screen menu is shown on

4. By turning the control knob to the right/
left, select the "Cleaning" menu and by
tapping on the "Cleaning" or pressing to
the control knob 1 time, access to the
cooking sub-menus.
You can enter sub-menus by tap-
ping the main menus that appear
on the main menu screen, but you
can't scroll to access to the other
main menu titles. Use the control
knob to access the other main
menus.
