Notifying you Of NEW MESSAGES (message transier)
You can have the phone call a
phone number as soon as a
new message is left by a caller.
This phone number can be a
pager service, or a phone at the

¢ Store the phone number to access your pager to speed dialing
number 00 (page 24). You may need to add pause digits and
experiment with the dialing sequence to program it correctly.
(Be sure to test the dialing sequence by making a trial call to your
pager. if your pager can beep, the dialing sequence has been
correctly programmed.)
* Set the security code (page 32).
¢ Set the answer mode to TRANSFER (page 36).
¢ Turn on the answering function (page 35).
