choosing the setting in which the monitor will turn off.

MODEM Use IRQ
Name the interrrupt request (IRQ) line assigned to the modem (if any)
on your system. Activity of the selected IRQ always awakens the system.
The settings are NA, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, or 11.

Always turn on.
During Doze mode, the monitor will be turned off.
During Standby mode, the monitor will be turned
off.
During Suspend mode, the monitor will be turned
off.
System will never enter DOZE mode.
Defines the continuous idle time before the
system enters DOZE mode.
If any item defined in the options of "Power
Down and Resume events" is enabled & active,
DOZE timer will be reloaded. When the system
have entered Doze mode, any of the items
enabled in "Wake Up Events in Doze and
Standby" will trigger the system to wake up.
