c. Move the throttle lever away from the SLOW position, about 1/3 of the
way to toward the FAST position.
d. Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
e. Pull the starter grip lightly until you feel resistance, then pull briskly.
Return the starter grip gently.
CAUTION! Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine.
Return it gently to prevent damage to the starter.
