7. Sound-Wide on/off switch (CO)
This feature is convenient when you want to
widen the scope of the sound of music pro-
grams, movies, etc.
To widen the scope of the sound, set the
Sound-Wide switch to the ON position. The
Sound-Wide indicator will light up green.
Note:
The scope of both mono and stereo sound can
be widened.
8. Colour System switch (XM-1446G
only)
AUTO:
The TV is normally used in the AUTO
mode.
SECAM/PAL:
If the colour flickers or if no colour ap-
pears during SECAM or PAL signal
reception, set the switch to the SECAM or
PAL position.

To adjust the sound volume, sound tone,
balance, etc. refer to the audio equipment
operation manual.
