External AV input Scart 2 (EXT2)
This enables the selection of the type of video recorder to be
connected to the number 2 scart socket. The S-Video option
sets up the television for Super VHS, the AV option sets the
television for standard video recorders.

for Scart 2 (EXT2).
Viewing a wide screen broadcast in

Normal (4:3) mode, or a normal
broadcast in Wide screen (16:9) mode

If you press the @)/&) button
whilst watching a normal TV
broadcast, you will see a very
accurate time display appear
in the top right corner of the
screen. ie 6.25 and 52 seconds
p.m. which will disappear alter
a few seconds.
