The central spout with cup rim sensor
features automatic adjustment. By
means of this spout adjustment, at the
beginning of drink preparation the
central spout moves down
automatically and the cup rim sensor
stops it at the optimum height for the
cups or glasses being used.
The height of the central spout with
cup rim sensor cannot be manually
adjusted.

Central spout positions

You can switch off spout adjustment.
The central spout will then remain in the
upper position while drinks are being
made. When a maintenance programme
is being carried out, the central spout
will move to the height of the cleaning
containers or into a maintenance
position.
Useful tip: To move the central spout
into the maintenance position, touch 
for 3 seconds.
If the coffee machine is switched off,
the central spout components can be
removed and cleaned at any time. The
central spout will be in the middle
position when switched off.
