Checking the Drive Chain Slider
Check the condition of the drive chain slider.
The drive chain slider will need to be
replaced if the chain slider is worn to the
wear limit indicator or wear limit line.
To inspect the wear limit line, remove the
drive sprocket cover by removing the bolts.
If necessary have the drive chain slider
replaced by your dealer.

To inspect the wear limit indicator, remove
the drive chain cover by removing the bolts.
